  • ​I received a Win of the Week for creating a viral TikTok video for one of my brands. By implementing my TikTok strategy, which I had been honing for over a year, I uploaded the video at the best time for wider exposure and employed SEO tactics to boost visibility. I shared this accomplishment in a Tuesday townhall meeting.

  • ​At the start of the year, I took on the role of team lead for the Front End Support Tracker. By introducing new reporting strategies, providing weekly tips, and conducting one-on-one meetings, we have helped support our Ads and Marketing department, bringing in a large amount of revenue.

• ManyChat Lead (2024)

  • ​In April, I assumed the role of ManyChat lead within our team. This involves assisting other team members with ManyChat troubleshooting, supporting revenue-generating activities, and participating in summits to broaden my knowledge.
